Keep a record of consumable supplies
This household supply inventory printable is for items you use up around the home, such as paper goods, laundry products and cleaning cloths. Ten rows keep the list manageable. Each row has a supply name, storage location, amount on hand and a reorder note, so the page can help explain what is already available before a shopping trip.

Choose a useful counting unit
Write a specific item name and count it in a unit you can repeat. For example, use “two unopened packs” rather than mixing packs and individual pieces on later checks. The location column is especially useful when spare supplies are stored separately from the items currently in use. Keep different product sizes on separate rows if combining them would make the amount misleading.
Make the reorder note personal
The last column is blank because households use supplies at different rates. Write your own reminder, such as “check when the spare pack is opened.” The sheet does not estimate consumption or place orders. Review one cupboard at a time, update quantities after restocking, and cross out supplies you no longer use. A new dated copy makes a clean starting point when the list becomes crowded.
