Move from sorting to a finished handover
This donation sorting tracker printable records what you intend to give away and what still needs to happen before it leaves your home. Its ten rows include item and quantity, intended destination, preparation and handover status. It is useful after a decluttering session when bags or boxes might otherwise remain without a clear next step.

Check the destination before packing
Use a specific destination only after confirming that it accepts the item in its current condition. Write preparation tasks such as matching loose pieces, cleaning an item according to its care instructions or arranging transport. The sheet deliberately has no valuation or tax fields: it is an organization tool and is not a donation receipt or evidence of a deductible amount.
Record completion, not just intention
Mark the last column only after the handover actually happens. If a destination changes, update the row rather than leaving two conflicting plans. Group items going to the same place in one container and label it to match the page. Keep any formal receipt separately if the recipient provides one. A short dated record is enough to show which household items are still waiting for collection.
