Turn an event plan into an ordered sequence
This event run sheet printable provides ten rows for a time, activity, responsible person and setup or cue note. It is a practical companion for a small workshop, club gathering or family celebration. The sheet focuses on what happens during the event rather than the longer list of preparations beforehand.

Use times that match the event format
Choose either clock times or elapsed times and label your choice clearly. Include transitions such as welcoming guests, rearranging a room or packing materials away. Write the name of the person who has agreed to handle each segment; a role name can work when the assignment is confirmed elsewhere. The final column can hold a concise cue such as “display first slide.”
Leave room for the real event
Review the sequence with the people involved and allow time between activities. If a segment changes, update the run sheet before distributing copies so everyone works from the same version. Keep contacts, detailed instructions and any venue-required procedures in their appropriate documents. This page is a coordination aid and does not replace a venue plan or a specialist event safety assessment.
