What this printable includes
Plan a file cleanup before changing folders or deleting anything. This paper checklist records a folder or device, the review task, a backup check and the result. It focuses on deliberate review rather than automatically deciding which files should be removed.

How to use the page
Choose one small folder and describe a concrete task, such as identify duplicate exports or rename draft copies. Check whether a backup can actually be opened before relying on it. If ownership or retention requirements are unclear, write a question in the note column and leave the files alone until it is resolved.
Review and adapt
Mark completion only after checking the result. Do not write passwords, recovery codes or confidential filenames on a page that will be shared. The sheet is a planning aid and has no connection to your device. It cannot recover deleted files or verify a backup for you.
Download and print
Save the original PNG with Download image below the printable. To make a PDF, select US Letter or A4 and use Download PDF; the website creates it from the image in your browser. Check the selected paper size, orientation and print preview before printing. Keep the whole page inside the printable area and use uniform scaling. These are flat pages, not fillable forms. Copies are for personal and classroom use; share the article link rather than redistributing or reselling the files.
