What this printable includes
Record a repotting event separately from routine watering. This printable keeps a plant label, date, container or mix description and follow-up observation together. It can help explain which plant changed containers when several similar pots are nearby.

How to use the page
Use a label you can match to the actual plant. Record what you used rather than a general phrase such as new soil. If the mix came from a labeled package, keep the package directions available. This sheet does not recommend a mix or a repotting schedule for a particular species.
Review and adapt
Add a dated observation later without assuming every change was caused by repotting. Light, temperature and watering may also have changed. Leave unknown details blank and record a question if you need species-specific guidance. The page is a history of your actions, not a diagnostic or treatment tool.
