What this printable includes
Find a recipe without rewriting it by keeping an index of names and locations. The page records the recipe, source or location, a useful tag and a reference note. It complements recipe cards by pointing to the full instructions wherever they are stored.
How to use the page
Write a location another household member could understand, such as blue folder page four rather than my usual place. For an online recipe, a short site name and saved bookmark label may be easier to maintain than a long handwritten address. Do not copy someone else’s full recipe into a public index without permission.
Review and adapt
Choose practical tags such as weekend or shared by aunt, rather than making unverified nutritional or allergen claims. Check the actual recipe and ingredient labels whenever needed. Review the index when a source moves or a recipe is replaced so the reference continues to lead to the correct instructions.

Save the original PNG with Download image below the printable. To make a PDF, select US Letter or A4 and use Download PDF; the website creates it from the image in your browser. Check the selected paper size, orientation and print preview before printing. Keep the whole page inside the printable area and use uniform scaling. These are flat pages, not fillable forms. Copies are for personal and classroom use; share the article link rather than redistributing or reselling the files.
