Library Visit Planner Printable

What this printable includes

Prepare for a library visit with four separate spaces for titles to look for, questions, items to return and notes from the visit. This is a visit preparation sheet rather than a reading log or a record of books lent to friends.

Library Visit Planner Printable with four labeled writing areas

How to use the page

Write a title and author when you know both. If you only remember a subject or part of a title, describe that honestly in the questions area. Check your library account for actual return dates and availability; the printable cannot confirm either. Put the page with the items you intend to bring.

Review and adapt

Use the final space after the visit to record a shelf location, a recommended title or a next action. Avoid writing account passwords or full library card numbers. A fresh sheet for each trip keeps old searches from looking current, and children can help choose a small number of titles to investigate.

Download and print

Save the original PNG with Download image below the printable. To make a PDF, select US Letter or A4 and use Download PDF; the website creates it from the image in your browser. Check the selected paper size, orientation and print preview before printing. Keep the whole page inside the printable area and use uniform scaling. These are flat pages, not fillable forms. Copies are for personal and classroom use; share the article link rather than redistributing or reselling the files.
