Weekly Review Template Printable with Four Prompts

This weekly review template printable gives you four prompts for looking back and choosing what comes next. Record what worked, what needs attention, what you learned, and three priorities for the following week. The page is undated apart from a week-ending field, so it can be used whenever a short review would be helpful.

Start with something specific that worked

Choose an action, completed task, or small improvement you can describe plainly. A note such as “packed the next day’s bag before dinner” is easier to learn from than a broad judgment about whether the week was good or bad. You do not need to fill every line.

Undated weekly review with four reflection areas and space for three next-week priorities

Name what needs attention

The second box can hold unfinished work, an unclear arrangement, or a recurring obstacle. Describe the situation rather than turning it into a score. If several items are related, summarize the common issue and keep the detailed task list elsewhere.

Connect an observation to an adjustment

Use the learning box for a pattern or a practical change to try. For example, noticing that a shared list was hard to find could lead to keeping it in one agreed place. A useful review can identify a question or an experiment; it does not have to produce a permanent rule.

Choose three concrete priorities

The final area is deliberately short. Write actions you can recognize and, if helpful, transfer them to your planner. Do not copy every unfinished task automatically. Decide which items remain useful, which need a different approach, and which can be removed from the coming week’s plan.

Keep older reviews if they help you remember decisions, or begin fresh when they no longer serve a purpose. This page is a personal planning aid rather than a performance assessment or a promise that a particular review routine will produce a specific result.
