Plan the shape of the week
This weekly time blocking planner printable arranges Monday through Friday across three broad periods: morning, afternoon and evening. It is intended for grouping work rather than scheduling every minute. A priorities area at the bottom helps connect the blocks to the tasks that matter most that week.

Place commitments before flexible tasks
Write fixed commitments first, then choose a small number of activities for the remaining blocks. Use a short verb and outcome, such as “outline presentation,” instead of filling a cell with a long task list. A block can hold travel, rest or household work as well as paid work or study. Leave some space unassigned when the week is uncertain.
Adjust blocks when plans change
Treat the page as a working plan rather than a record of how every hour must be spent. Move an unfinished task to an appropriate open block and revise priorities if a commitment changes. If you need exact appointment times, record them separately or write them explicitly in the cell. This page does not create reminders or synchronize with a digital calendar.
