These blank printable gift tags place eight matching tags on one page. Each has a pointed end, a small hole guide, To and From fields, and a message line. The plain interiors suit different occasions without a preprinted holiday greeting.
Fill the fields before cutting
Writing on the intact sheet can be easier than holding a small loose tag. Add the recipient and sender names, then use the final line for a brief message or identifying note. Leave the small circular guide clear if you intend to make a hole there.

Choose a practical finishing method
Cut around each outer outline. If using a hole punch, align it with the guide and check that enough paper remains around the opening. You can also attach a tag flat using a method suitable for the wrapping material, without making a hole at all.
Test paper and size
A heavier sheet may make a firmer tag, but only use stock supported by your printer. Print one sample to check the size and readability before making a full set. The design is not labeled with a fixed physical measurement because PDF paper size and printer scaling affect the result.
Keep a coordinated set readable
Use a consistent lettering style or a small repeated pattern if you want the eight tags to look related. Keep decoration away from the name fields so the recipient remains easy to identify. A short label is generally clearer than several lines of tiny writing.
When planning several gifts, use the separate gift planner to track recipients and progress. The tag itself identifies a package; it does not replace the list of what has been bought or wrapped. Store unused printed tags flat so the writing areas remain clean for another occasion.
