This monthly habit tracker printable brings up to ten routines onto one undated page. Write the month and year at the top, name each habit in the left column, and use the day columns to record what happened.
A simple monthly tracking grid
The table has ten blank habit rows and dates from 1 through 31. The page does not assign weekdays to the dates, so you can use it with any month.

Set up the page for your month
- Write the month and year.
- Cross out dates that do not exist in that month, such as 31 in April.
- Choose a few routines you actually want to observe.
- Decide what each mark will mean before you begin.
You do not need to fill all ten rows. Beginning with two or three habits can make the page easier to maintain and read.
Name an action you can recognize
Use a specific action such as “read ten pages,” “water balcony plants when needed,” or “put tomorrow’s bag by the door.” For a routine that is not daily, agree on a mark for days when the action was not planned.
A checkmark can mean completed, a dot can mean partly completed, and a dash can mean not planned. Write your own small key if you use more than one symbol; the printed page does not impose a scoring system.
Review patterns without turning them into a grade
At the end of a week, look for practical questions: Was the action clear? Was it planned for a realistic time? Would a different reminder help? Use the notes line for a small adjustment.
The tracker is a record of your chosen routines. It is not an assessment tool, a health measure, or a promise that a particular number of days will establish a habit.
